2. Products & pricing

We produce in limited quantities, so availability of any given size or color is not guaranteed. Prices are listed on the site in the currency shown and may change at any time without notice; the price at the time your order is placed is the price you'll be charged. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but slight variation between photos and the physical product may occur.

3. Orders & payment

By placing an order you confirm that the payment and shipping details you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already charged.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including photography, designs, logos, and text — belongs to Rogue Wear AS unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rogue Wear AS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian or EU law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
