Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
- Norway: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Free standard shipping is offered on orders over 1500 NOK. Orders below this threshold ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To start a return, email us at hello@roguew.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the details and send you the return address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at hello@roguew.com and we'll help you exchange your item, subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@roguew.com with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
