All orders are processed and shipped from France. Please allow 5 business days for order fulfillment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional time to process.
All shipments include a tracking number. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Rogue is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number if an issue arises. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local delivery service or postal office. We do not offer replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
We want you to feel confident in your Rogue purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as what they arrived in. All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included due to the nature of our garments, items that appear worn or used will not be eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at roguewearbusiness@gmail.com with your order and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions, including the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices. Rogue is not responsible for these additional charges. The customer is solely responsible for paying any fees that may apply upon delivery. Refusing to pay duties or taxes does not entitle you to a refund, and any costs associated with returned shipments due to unpaid customs will be deducted from your refund.
Orders to Norway will be sent from our domestic warehouse and will not incur any import tax 🇳🇴
